Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your specialty product. Where we ship to: We are happy to offer free shipping to the 48 continental United States. Via our website, we currently do not accept orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, nor outside of the United States. Damages: For items that arrived damaged via FedEx or USPS, the item must be reported to HomeboundDecor.com within one business day of receipt. We will then process a claim and send out a replacement as soon as possible - most of the time before the shipping claim is closed. Returns: As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will always credit you via your original method of payment.
